R.A.M.P. "Remote Alarm Management Platform"
allows a system manager to remotely manage multiple PABX's
from a central site. Each site would have a C.A.M (Client
Alarm Module) installed which would report back to the RAMP
system over any LAN/WAN or Internet connection.
Local Site Display
This module can run on any machine within the local
LAN, and connect to multiple sites. The alarms received
can be distributed locally, or sent to a central point
for further distribution. |

|
Easily Configured
As you can see from these configuration screens, the
local applet is easy to configure, with tooltips to
explain what values are required in each field..
|
|
Environmental Monitoring
The local Alarm module can also monitor the
temperature conditions within the room in which it is
located (e.g. Comms room) and send a local and remote
alarm when the temperature exceeds preset limits
|
|
Email and SMS Alerts
Both the local and central reporting modules can send
Email and / or SMS Alerts dependant on the severity of
the alarm.
|
|
Central resource management
The RAMP web interface allows you to assign
individual or groups of engineers to a particular
customer based on day of week, time of day and severity.
